Before joining to Coşkun Law, her family owned established law office, Ms. Gülnisa Coşkun was practicing as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A department of Pekin&Pekin, one of the leading law firms in Turkiye located in Istanbul and she was leading Real Estate, Employment, Intellectual Property, Competition law practices of the Firm including corporate matters under the supervision of the Managing Partner. She also focuses on private merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures.
She continues to advise international and multinational cleints in particular, private equity institutions, companies, and enterprises from the services, banking, insurance, retail trade, energy (electricity, gas and wind), automotive and textile sectors.
Gülnisa has contributed many publications of independent legal articles publishing companies, legal associations and the reputable international law firms. She has many articles written on the various topical legal matters including energy, real estate, employment, benefits, pension, foreign investment, etc.
She is the exclusive winner of the International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Awards 2012 for Employment & Labour category for Turkey. She is also a qualified expert lawyer appointed by the Ministry of Justice.
